Love is when you can not go bankrupt even if you had to give someone a million dollars every time you are caught not smiling around the person for longer than thirty seconds because it never happens.

Despair

I'm madly in love with someone who no longer exists.

She isn't the same person who I fell for. She's changed, but only around me.

I can only see her as she used to be from a distance.

That's evidence enough that she can still be the person she was.

I keep holding on to the past her. I keep hoping I can bring out her old traits, even when with me.

It's not happening, and I am wilting. Yet I linger over her, and nurture my heart with my memories.

This is going nowhere, yet neither is my love for her.
