Something I wouldn't be surprised to find in a YouTube comment or a notorious Facebook page:
Do not read this blahblahblah! There was once a man and woman who were deeply in love, but the woman had Some Epic Fatal Disease and was hospitalized. They both knew death was approaching due to the aforementioned SEFD. On her deathbed she told her lover that if he ever loved anyone else blahblah she'd come back and haunt him for frickin' forever. Over the years, he started getting with other women, and she came back and some catastrophic event happened. Pass this on to 10192 other people or else she'll come back and kill you too or whatever.
What a *****. Seriously, could selfishness go any further? That's not love!
I watched A Walk to Remember the other day and cried a few times. Though it was like at 2 am so I was really tired, so that might explain the superfluous tears...maybe. But it definitely makes a lot more sense for you remain free and unrestricted, as in that movie... I'm sure your [dead] lover would want you to be happy and all, no?
Anyway, similar movies I want to watch (based on their trailers):
-Why mandatory liposuction? Body fat is the largest untapped source of energy in the world. Hence, it would be very pragmatic for the government to subsidize and mandate liposuction.
-Does love die? Love does not die. Being in love does. People change, but the impression of someone you love etched in your mind does not. You foster a love for this figment of memory, and as people change you no longer are in love with the different them, but will always extend affection for a previous them.
-My mom bought some pringles that went on special manager discount because they weren't being sold at all. The flavor is Restaurant Cravers: Mexican Layered Dip, and it doesn't taste half bad, though it leaves a weird aftertaste.
Your laugh, reminds me of the timeless hours we spent in each other's company.
Your song, reminds me of the interests we share and activities we enjoy.
Your humor, reminds me of the endless comfort that oft had lifted me out of anguish.
Your distance, reminds me that past passions are past.
I am on the threshold between falling for you again, and walking away unscathed.
I know this will fall on deaf ears, but you should know that, cliche'd as this might sound, you are one in a million and though we've parted ways I am so, so lucky to know you. Please don't ever change.
Depending on who you are, this may or may not be dedicated to who you think it's for.
They sat on the edge of the pool, feet submerged in the chilly water. The sun had long ducked under the horizon, and the tiny stars had taken its place. The rest of their friends were chatting and eating near the tables at the other end of the pool.
He gazed, eyes lit with a passionate yet contained adoration, at her. You look gorgeous with the breaths of wind gently carrying your hair.
She sat still, returning the probing eyes of her reflection in the pool. What is it that he doesn't see in me?
His hand was inches from hers, but he knew it was no closer than if they had been hundreds of miles apart. Why couldn't it be me?
She turned to look steadily into his eyes. Why couldn't it be him?"Should I forget about him?"
He knew his answer. Yes, yes you should. "Do you want the truth?"
She nodded, then brushed aside a curl of hair that fell into her eyes as she did so. You know I can tell when you lie. I know you too well.
He didn't need to turn to see her nod to continue. There's no way he could hide his thoughts.I know you can tell when I lie. You know me too well. "Yes, yes you should. You can find someone who cares for you far more."
She knew he was right. I want so badly for that someone to be you. "You're right, he doesn't respect me at all. I only wish I knew someone who loves me for who I am."
He was pierced with sadness. You're looking right at him. Do you really not see?"When you find someone like that, hold on to him for forever."
She felt as if it were her cue. She reached for his hand, but he moved his arm to keep himself from falling into the pool after a sneeze. She withdrew her hand. If you'd let me, I would hold on to you for forever. "I feel bad, always bothering you about my problems, but I've never asked: how are your romantic endeavors turning out?"
He at once became flustered, losing the calm composure he had before. Now's the chance to tell her everything. Everything.....
